Carb Queen Part 4: Primavera a New Way

So by no means am I vegan, but I’m open to eating anything if it’s delicious.

Last night I really wanted to use more of the coconut milk I opened for my Chickpea Curry earlier this week, so I found this vegan pasta primavera recipe and I reallllyyy enjoyed it. Personally, I needed more salt and I added some red pepper flakes because I love a little spice, but it was really good.
