Texas Dinin’ and Drankin’ (Part 2)

In this post I want to talk about the barbeque I had in Austin, Tx. I mean – the REAL Texas BBQ experience, YUM!

The featured picture for this post was my meal. In fact, I’m just going to post it again.


We went to Stiles Switch BBQ and what you see on my plate above is brisket on white bread with pickles, onions and their sauce because this is the Texas proper way to eat brisket. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. All the fixin’s make for a GREAT bite.

Of course I got a side of mac and cheese and a cucumber salad, but they had all sorts of sides like potato salad, cole slaw, beans, and more. Check out the full menu here, and let your mouth water.
